Returns & Exchanges

Embellish Gold provide multiple options to our valuable customers and help in term of refund, replace, cancel, or exchange.

Article 1.1

Exchange Policy

If customer wants to replace/exchange item, it can be requested within 24 hours from date of item received. Company will not be liable for exchange or replace the item after 24 hours.

It is mandatory to prepare a video while opening the parcel. Item should be returned in its original condition without any damage.

Replacement of any item will take approximately 48 hrs to 72 hrs.

AED 30/- exchange charges and AED 30/- for the item delivery charge will be applicable.

In case of damage item company can replace the item as per above time frame with additional charge of 50 AED for damage repair and 30 AED for delivery charges.

Important note: In case of damage product company will analyse nature of damage and can be charge more or less as per condition.

Refund Policy

As per below scenarios items can be refunded back to Embellish Gold within 24 hrs from time of receive. Item should be refunded in its original packaging and in its original state.

Scenario 1:

1- If customer don’t like the item, he/she can return

If customer doesn’t like our products after receiving from the courier, you can return the items at the same time to our courier representative before he leaves in its original condition (A delivery charge of 30 dirhams for each item will be applicable).

2- Any order that has been shipped successfully

within 24 hours limit from the date of delivery, can be requested for return in its original condition. AED 60/- is applicable for a refund (AED 30/- for the item delivery and AED 30/- for the refund (Item collection) charge.

*If more than one item then 30 AED per item will be applicable.

3- If the customer paid online

An additional 6% of the total charges will be applicable at the total price of the product.

Important Note: Embellish Gold will not provide funds in terms of cash, a valid shopping voucher will be provided in term of a refund. That can be utilized from our store to purchase any product.

Cancellation Policy

Embellish Gold provides a satisfactory experience to our valuable customers.

A refund can be made within 12 hours from the date of order without any additional cost. In case of after 12 hours cancellation, the customer will pay 30 AED delivery charges to the courier company.

Payment made through credit card will be refunded back to the account as per bank policy and that can be from 10 days to 25 days as per bank procedure.

Case No 1: Cash on Delivery
• There are no charges if the customer himself calls/emails us before shipping.
• If the customer wants to cancel the order only on delivery, the customer has to bare AED 30 as a shipment charge even if the product they order had free shipment.
